New league.

I (AzureCuzYeah) have decided that I want to start the league again. I think we learned a lot from
the last leagues failure. I plan on implementing some changes that should correct the problems of the past. These changes include:
Starting the league with 3-4 teams max. Their was no need to rush into this into 8 team league. We had no depth to our players and we were stretched way to thin. Lets keep it simple for now.
Team rosters with 10-12 players each. We all have lives, so why should we torture ourselves by committing to season games that are not practical for all of us. This is where our depth as a wc3 community should be placed. This way we should always have enough people to play.

I hope that the interest is still here. As an unbiased WC3 player I think I can accommodate everyone this time around. If you have any suggestions or comments about this idea please let me know.
